Description: Our Hoyt home is a four bedroom, wheelchair accessible home in Maplewood. The home is located in a quiet cul-de-sac with friendly neighbors. The home has a spacious floor plan and two bathrooms on the main level. There are cathedral ceilings in the kitchen, dining, and common areas of the home. The home has a patio off the eating area for seasonal recreation. A ramp van is provided to use to transport consumers to appointments and activities in the community.
Staffing: Hoyt has 24 hour awake staffing with support staff as needed.
