Description: Our Payne house is a four bedroom, three bathroom house with three levels. Three bedrooms and a full bathroom are located upstairs, one bedroom and full bathroom located on main floor along with the kitchen, dining room and three living rooms. The basement has ½ bathroom and laundry room. Both front and back yards are spacious. The backyard has a patio with comfy furniture and a grill for gathering. The front yard has a porch with furniture as well. Both yards have a wheelchair accessible ramp leading to the house.
Staffing: Payne has an awake overnight staff every night from 11pm - 9am. All clients attend day programs during the weekdays. Daytime staff work from 2pm - 11pm Monday through Friday. Weekends are double staffed in order for consumers to enjoy outings. Staffing is from 9am - 11pm on weekends with double staffing between 3pm - 9pm.
