Services

24 hour Supervision Residential Care
Offers the least restrictive alternative of residential care. Each option provides assistance and support based on personal goals, focusing on such areas as health, safety, community awareness, social skills, banking, budgeting, communication, personal care, housekeeping, cooking, shopping and recreation. This option involves a shared housing situation, up to three housemates with staff present at all times. Each individual has their own room. Staff-to-Consumer ratio is determined on the basis of individual needs. This type of setting can include awake or asleep overnight staff as outlined in the individual's plan.

Less Than 24 Hour Supervision Residential Care
Offers programs that provide independent living for adults with developmental disabilities living on their own in an apartment setting or a home with roommates and generally involves 2-4 consumers with a live-in staff to provide emergency services during the overnight hours. Support is provided on an as-needed basis to assist people centering on choice, empowerment and community inclusion. Also included are daytime staff hours, according to the needs of the individuals. Capstone Services, Inc. also has a 24-hour Emergency Pager system which consumers may utilize in the event of an emergency.

In-Home Services
These services involve Capstone staff working with individuals in their own homes or their families' homes. Hours in which staff can work are flexible, both during the week and on the weekends.

In each of these programs, Capstone Services, Inc may provide assistance with daily living skills, grooming, social skills, finances, medications, coordinating medical services, community integration and whatever else is needed. Capstone also works in conjunction with other service providers, such as case mangers, day programs, medical providers, therapists and of course we encourage family involvement. Capstone Services, LLC prides itself in its strong training department and provides out staff with ongoing training that exceeds the county, state and federal licensing standards.
